CRC's Dave Johnson takes Canada by storm!
Michigan CRC driver, Dave Johnson
took his CRC Generation-X 1:12th racer to a convincing T.Q. and win at the 2009
Canadian Challenge at Fastcats Raceway and Hobby.
John and Pam Catricala have run
the Canadian Challenge for a number of years and for those who have not been to
Fastcats, it is possibly the finest facility in North America for carpet racing.
For 2009, fresh from a 4th place finish at the recent ROAR Nationals, Dave
Johnson continued his quick ways with CRC tires and Gen-X 12 car. Joining Dave
on the podium was CRC driver Norm Klebert and CRC "Youth-Gone-Wild" driver, J.B.
Catricala. In the A-main, Johnson won handily, but JB was able to set fast lap
with his CRC car/tire combo.
