Hello everyone I just wanted to give a shout out and let everyone know that we had a blast last year racing at the big RC PRO race.We are very disappointed that we couldn't make it this year but we have are big Charity race next weekend and it has been a lot of work.But were doing it all for the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY.We are building a track at a fair ground and have to bring everything in.It's going to be a BLAST.I'm posting info below.If anyone can make it you will have a ball.
R/C CAR ACTION have joined forces with HPI Racing and Pin Shop Hobbies to put on a fun race to raise money for the American Cancer Society. It’s going to be held on Father’s Day weekend 2010 at the Goshen Fairgrounds in Goshen, CT. The format will be a little different from what is used at other races. We will be running short course trucks on Friday, 1/8-scale on Saturday and 1/5-scale on Sunday. See the flyer for more information. We will be posting updates here as we get them. We'll have lights at the track and will be having open practice after the race each day. This will be good for those of you who can't make it to the track on Thursday.
The Radio Control Car Aciton/HPI Racing/Pinshop Hobbies Race for a Cure is less than two weeks away! Sign up now. Hope to see a lot of you there. We’re going to have a club race on Sunday along with the 1/5-scale guys and the track will be open for practice every night after racing. When we are taking a brake from racing the track will be open for basher type trucks to give the crowd something to watch while we are getting ready for the next round. So bring your bashers with you if you have them. We’re going to have a great time and we have a nice pile of prizes for the race.
